*LCC has completed the initial planning for relaxing of restrictions. We moved into Phase 2 this week.

*LCC continues to coordinate staff Baseline Testing which will drive the next steps of the facility's plan in Phase 2.

*Staff will receive the opportunity to test. This is Strongly Encouaged. A date for testing has not been determined. We continue to coordinate this with the Local Health Dept.

*IF there is a Positive test among staff, LCC will have to test each resident. This could prolong phases of relaxation.

*Once all testing is completed, ongoing submission of paperwork and planning will drive LCC continuing on with the next phase

*This plan for additional phases is still going to have restrictions. You will receive further directions as they come to fruition. We are working on the specifics daily.

*If there are positive cases noted, the phasing will revert back to previous restictions.

Once permissable, it will be done by appointment only and during prearranged visiting hours set by LCC.


Shall be based on LCC's ability to manage infection control practices and proper social distancing

(6ft apart will be Mandatory)


Should be in designated area ONLY. Staff will direct this prior to your visit.


Shall only be done after the visitor is screened upon arrival. Facility will provide a facemask if you do not have one.


Should visitors be unable to pass the screening or comply with infection control and social distancing, they will be asked to leave.


Q: As restrictions continue to be lifted, will things look like they used to?

A: Unfortunately, even looking forward in the planning phases, we will not see changes with the requirement to limit visits, overall facility supervision and 6ft social distancing.


Q: When will my loved one be able to go out to the Dr. again?

A: Telehealth is still going to be encouraged as possible. Once we do allow Dr.’s visits or should one arise that is medically necessary, LCC staff will be the primary means of transport to again reduce the risk of additional exposure .


Q: What is the timeline for testing staff?

A: We have our request out to the Local Health Dept. and are awaiting supplies. Once we receive, the process will go fairly quickly. We will communicate accordingly.
